Your Privacy is important to Engage Agro (referred to as "we" or "us" in this policy) and the purpose of this policy is to tell you what personal information we collect about you, how we use it, whether we disclose it to anybody else, how long we keep it, and how you can request access to your personal information or obtain more information about Engage Agro privacy policies.

Personal Information: Personal information is defined as information about a person/identifiable individual and it does not include commercial or business information. Personal information means any information about your except your name, business title, business address, business e-mail address, business telephone number or business facsimile number. It does not include your home address and telephone number if these are published in a telephone or other directory.

What Personal Information do we Collect?

When you purchase a product or service from us, request to receive future information from us, or if you participate in one of our promotions or incentive programs, we may collect some or all of the following information:

• Your language preference
• Information on the size/operation of your business (# of acres, for example)

In general, Belchim Crop Protection Canada provides products/services only to other business operations, and therefore collects only a limited amount of personal information. When an individual registers for a program, it is understood that Belchim Crop Protection Canada will need to collect all of the information necessary to administer the program for the individual.

Your personal information is used by us only for the purposes identified below and access to your personal information is limited to those employees of Belchim Crop Protection Canada and our business partners who need to have access to it.

You have a right to access the personal information which we have about you and to request that personal information which you believe to be inaccurate to be corrected. If you wish to access your personal information you should contact our Privacy Officer who will be pleased to assist you.
